Q: Why wouldn't thieves start stealing candy
tins once they find out about your product? |
A: At iDisguise, we will do several things
to eliminate that concern:
- We will offer each model and design
in limited quantities.
- We will regularly introduce new designs
and iPod disguises.
- We will advertise, promote, and sell
only in places where portable device
owners might go or might see.
Besides, someone who steals something from
a bag or locker or whatever is under a lot
of pressure to be quick and get out. They
are mostly looking for money, wallets, cameras,
iPods, or other valuables….not iDisguise
cases. |

Q: Why don't iDisguise cases have a hole
on the side for headphone input or charging? |

A: Because if someone saw you listening
or charging your iDisguise case, they would
then know to steal the ipod inside. It would defeat
the purpose of a disguise case. iDisguise
is meant to deter theft when the device
is not in use (stored in your backpack,
car, dorm room, locker, etc.). |

Q: Why is there only a case for the iPod
Nano currently available? |

iDisguise intends on launching a full range
of models that would fit many different
digital audio players and digital cameras.
The initial launch was made with just one
size while the others are still being developed. |

Currently we only ship within the domestic US. Other countries will be added soon. |

What is your return policy? |
| A:
If you are not happy with your iDisguise
product we will refund the full purchase
amount, excluding your shipping costs. All
returns must be requested within 15 days
of receiving your shipment and must be in
like new condition. Please email support@idisguise.com
for all returns and be sure to type, "Return",
in the subject line and include your order
number. Refund will be processed upon receipt
of your return. |
