Delivery Policy:

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days and are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email stating that the order has shipped. All backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. If this is the case, you will receive an email informing you that your order is backordered. Orders may be shipped by USPS First Class (3-5 business days), USPS Priority (average of 2-3 business days) or USPS Express (Overnight to most areas). International orders may be shipped Global Express (3-5 business days), Global Priority (4-6 business days), or Airmail Post (5-7 business days).

Return Policy:

If you are not happy with your iDisguise product we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding your shipping costs. All returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your shipment and must be in like new condition. Please email support@idisguise.com for all returns and be sure to type, "Return", in the subject line and include your order number. Refund will be processed upon receipt of your return.
